4D Medicine Ltd becomes the parent company of the fast-growing 4D Group
4D Medicine Ltd is now the parent company of two wholly-owned subsidiaries, 4D Biomaterials Ltd and 4D Medical Devices Ltd.
Respectively focusing on the development and commercialisation of new bioabsorbable biomaterials and implantable medical devices, the companies share the common aim of improving patient outcomes by redefining excellence in what they do.
As 4D Medicine developed since spinning out in 2020, it became increasingly clear that it made sense to separate the materials and device activities into two dedicated business units, with their own operational strategies, organisational structures and quality management systems.
